In Maharashtra too, a situation like Karnataka has been created. The Governor had sworn in to Devendra Fadnavis of the BJP overnight and Ajit Pawar of the NCP as Deputy Chief Minister, but now the matter has reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is ready to hear the petition filed by the Congress-NCP and the Sena challenging the Governor's decision.

Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena have demanded that Bhagat Singh Koshari's decision to invite Devendra Fadnavis to form the government, in addition to canceling the decision of the trust, early in the Supreme Court. The petition will be heard in the Supreme Court at 11.30am on Sunday morning.

The petition has been filed in the apex court against Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister in the Rajbhavan and Ajit Pawar as the Deputy Chief Minister. A meeting of the Congress-Nationalist Congress and Shiv Sena was held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Center in the morning. At that time, the three sides decided to run the fight in a legal way. Following this, the petition has been made in the Supreme Court. Thus, the key to forming a government in the state has now reached the court. A similar situation had arisen in Karnataka earlier.

In the petition filed by the Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena, the Supreme Court has also claimed that we have a majority, not BJP, we have the support of more than 144 MLAs.

At the same time, the Supreme Court has appealed that on Sunday, the Supreme Court should call a session of the Legislature and order the Governor to conduct a plow test. Also videotapes this confident process. A vote of confidence has also been demanded by the Division of Votes. The petitioners contend that the decision taken by the Governor is unconstitutional, arbitrary, violating equality rights, so it should be immediately canceled.
