World monetary crisis worsens, president of International Monetary Fund expresses concern

Washington, Ta. 9 October 2019 Wednesday

International Monetary Fund (IMF) President Christina Georgieva said that 90 percent of the world's countries are experiencing recession. The ongoing trade war between different countries is pushing the global economy toward an economic downturn. The adverse effect of this will also be felt in India.

He said that in developing countries like India and Brazil this year, the impact of the recession will be affected. China has been steadily growing in economic development for the last few years. The survey we conducted showed that the economy was adversely affected by trade wars between different countries.

The most effective question against the entire global economy is that of the environment. The impact of the environment was affecting the whole of human life. This would require increasing the carbon tax. Next week is the annual meeting of the World Bank and the IMF. The decision will be taken in this regard.

Georgia insisted that 90 percent of the world's economy is in a recession this year. There are other reasons for this. We will announce the final statistics for our survey and research on October 15th. Earlier, the IMF had announced global growth rate of 3.2 percent and growth rate of 3.5 percent in 2020.
