Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launches a 125 rupee coin

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has launched a Rs 125 coin. The new coin has been launched by the Central Government on the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda. State Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur was also present on the occasion.

Releasing this coin on the occasion, the finance minister said about Paramahansa Yogananda that he was a great supporter of India, who has established a grand identity around the world.

Sitharaman said that he did the job of making people aware of humanity globally when communication was limited. India is proud of its great accomplishment. Who filled the message of unity in the hearts of people around the world.

He said that it is an honor for me to be here when the government is issuing this coin on this great magnitude of the country.

Who is Paramahansa Yogananda

Paramhansa Yogananda is known for one of his books, titled 'Autobiography of a Yogi'. Through this book, he informed the people of the western world about meditation and Kriya Yoga. Through the action of action in yoga, the yogi focuses on unifying all his energies in action. Before Yogananda, he was such a great yoga guru, he spent most of his time in America.
