The train reached the city for the first time after 72 years of independence

The first train arrived at Alirajpur in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday, 166 years after the start of train service in India and 72 years after independence.

When the train reached Alirajpur railway station, people were happy to see the faces. The first train was welcomed with a fireworks flick. The train was departed from Chota Udaipur at 12 noon at Alirajpur. Which reached Alirajpur at 2 pm. The railway line was laid in 2008 but people had to wait another 11 years for the railway project to finish and the train to arrive.

In Alirajpur, the leaders made promises to start the train service, but these promises never materialized. Now, for the first time, a passenger train has arrived in Alirajpur. From today, the train will run regularly from Alirajpur to Pratapnagar station in Vadodara. This will enable the people of Alirajpur to ride our train to Vadodara.

People will benefit from it and the business will also be encouraged.
