The death toll in Tejagam Express reached 65

The death toll in the Tejgam Express running between Karachi and Rawalpindi reached 65. According to earlier news, 16 people died.

According to details, a passenger traveling on the train early Thursday morning burned eggs for breakfast. Who knows how the gas cylinder exploded and the whole compartment caught fire.

Two fire bins were also lost in the fire and most of the passengers were still sleeping because they were still sleeping. More than 30 people suffered serious injuries. Two economy class and one business class bogie were completely burnt.

The injured were admitted to BVH Bahawalpur in Multan and treated at the Italian Burn Center in Pakistan. Relief work was under the guidance of Rahim Yar Khan's Deputy Commissioner Jamil Ahmed.

Some people jumped off the train and saved their lives with minor injuries.
