If you press any button in one of Satara's polling booths, the vote will get lottery

(Representative) Mumbai, Oct 22, 2019, Tuesday

Shocking information has been revealed that if you press any button on an electronic voting machine (EVM), your vote will be right on the lotus. If any EVM button is pressed on the polling station in Navalwadi village of Satara district, the vote goes on lotus. The EVM was changed after the villagers complained about it. However, the official at the polling station acknowledged the matter.

The process of by-polls in Satara, including voting for Maharashtra's 14th Assembly Election, was over on Monday. Meanwhile, there was a significant clash in Koregaon constituency of Satara.

The above incident took place at Navalwadi Center in this constituency. The voter voted for the NCP candidate but VV. Some villagers noticed that the vote was going to the BJP candidate, meaning that the lotus mark was seen in the stomach. More than 291 ballots were cast during this morning's 11am consideration.

The officer at the polling station complained about this. As well as expressing displeasure, there was an uproar. Villagers say the voting officer initially ignored the complaint against the villagers.

The police had to intervene in order to calm the villagers who were attacked in the case. In the meantime, there was a time of crisis. Eventually the officer at the polling station had to intervene in the matter. And tested the EVM machine and recognized them as bad in the machine. By then the tension at the polling station was gone.

It is worth mentioning that the EC has issued a fatwa saying that any protest against EVM machine will be taken against it. But what about the EVM machine being compromised in Satara? Such a question is posed. MNS chief Raj Thackeray was opposed to the EVM machine. The ballot paper should be voted on instead. Such an insistence was also made.
