CBI filed chargesheet in Delhi court against Chidambaram, Karti and others in INX media corruption case The chargesheet was presented before Special Judge Lal Singh.

The chargesheet includes former finance minister P Chidambaram, his son Karti Chidambaram, Peter Mukherjee, chartered accountant AS Bhaskaraman, former CEO of the Commission for Policy Indus Shree Khullar, former secretary of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Anup K. Puenzeri, Prasad, Prasad, Prasad, Prasad, Prasad. And the name of the chess management service is mentioned.

Indrani Mukherjee's name is also mentioned in the final report. The report has been filed on various provisions of the PCA and the Indian Penal Code. Special Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar will hold a hearing on October 7 in this regard.

It may be recalled that the court had yesterday sent Chidambaram into custody of the Supreme Court on October 9 in the INX money laundering case. Special Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar has also allowed the ED to conduct a seven-day inquiry into Chidambaram.

The court allowed Chidambaram to visit Chidambaram for a separate cell, home-cooked meal, Western toilet, medicines, glasses and glasses every day for an hour and a half with family and lawyers.

In addition, the court ordered the ED to conduct a medical examination of Chidambaram every 3 hours. It may be recalled that in the money laundering case, ED had arrested Chidambaram from Tihar Jail and demanded a 3-day custodial inquiry before the court. On which the court allowed seven days' custody.

It may be mentioned that Chidambaram, who was also the home chief during the UPA regime, was arrested on August 3 from his residence in New Delhi.
