Seven hundred million heroin were seized in Delhi, two suspects arrested

Based on the information received earlier, Delhi Police arrested Madhav Gautam, a Chamling district general and his colleague Manipur resident of Imphal (Manipur) and seized 25 kg of pure heroin in the international market, valued at Rs.

The two accused also had a scorpio car by which the police believe they were trafficking. Police also seized dozens of SIM cards from him. Chamling was arrested in Delhi and Madhav Gautam was taken to Lucknow on the basis of the information he had given to the police.

Chamling was arrested from Kerala Bhawan in Delhi on September 1st.
