How long is a Muslim child considered a minor? Interesting shades going on in the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court prepared to hear the petition of a Muslim girl. The young woman claimed that she was married to an adult and that I could marry as per my choice.

The Allahabad High Court has ordered the girl to be sent to a shelter home after she was considered a minor. Challenging the order, the girl filed a petition in the Supreme Court. This case is from Ayodhya. The young woman applied to the Supreme that I was married and I should get permission to marry.

A bench of Justices NV Raman, Justice Indira Banerjee and Justice Ajay Rastogi of the Supreme Court had granted leave to file the petition and sent a notice to the state government of Uttar Pradesh to submit its reply.

The girl is 16 years old. The lower court of Allahabad ordered him sent to a shelter home. The order was challenged by the girl in the Allahabad High Court. The woman filed a petition in the Supreme Court while upholding the judgment of the lower court.

The girl claimed that under the Muslim law a girl turns 15 years of age and is automatically considered an adult and has the right to make decisions about her own life. I am married to a youth of my choice. The young woman's father complained to the police that a young man abducted my daughter along with his friends. The concerned woman claimed in the lower court that her father's complaint was wrong and she did not want her father to go there.
