Sources said that Chidambaram had at length discussed tax and GST with Manmohan Singh, which the central government had announced.

According to the source, it was also discussed in the interview that the reduction in revenue collection due to tax relief would be much higher than what the government claims, not 1.45 crore, as not all corporates are paying taxes at the highest rate. The two leaders also questioned Chidambaram's medical condition.

Chidambaram responded to the Prime Minister's remarks in Houston as' India is sub-optimal, unemployment, closure of current jobs, low pay, murder by the mob system, lockdown in Kashmir and sub-jail without opposition parties being imprisoned.

It is worth mentioning that Modi said in the Howdy program, "The energy of non-resident Gujarati Stadium is a testimony to the harmony between India and America. My response to Howdy Modi is 'All is well in India'."

Karti Chidambaram thanked the two leaders for coming to visit their father in jail. 'Mrs. Sonia Gandhi who visited the jail and former Prime Minister Dr. We are thankful to Manmohan Singh. The visit to Natam will give us more energy and energy in the political battle.
