New delhi date. September 6, 2019, Friday

Senior Congress leader and senior legislator Kapil Sibal alleged that the present government's policy would cause the citizens of the country to lose their personal freedom in the near future.

Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram had to go to Tihar Jail and was talking to Sibal Media about the shocks the Supreme Court had given him. He asked that the income tax department. Who will protect the citizens when the harassment of civilians begins by the Enforcement Department and the CBI?

He said that the citizens will be compelled when the courts will act as if the CBI and the Department of Enforcement tell the truth. Their personal freedom will be destroyed.

From the time of Justice PN Bhagwati in the Supreme Court to the Justice Venkatachalia era, personal liberty of the citizens was maintained. In the age of the courts, the foundation of this freedom will be lost and citizens will lose their personal freedom.

The fact is, even top lawyers like Kabil Sibal or Abhishek Manu Sanghvi could not stop Chidambaram from going to jail. He fought the caste techniques but eventually Chidambaram had to go to Tihar Jail to be considered as a rookie, so Sibal courts were upset.
