Chandrababu and his son detained while on hunger strike

Police today arrested the chief of the Telugu Desam Party and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh at his house.

Chandrababu was to protest today in protest against the murder of a Telugu Desam Party leader in Hyderabad. Earlier, police had arrested him. In protest of his imprisonment, the father started a hunger strike from 8am to 8pm this morning.

Chandrababu was constantly dominating the media during the recent Lok Sabha elections. He had to defeat all the opposition parties and defeat the BJP and become the Prime Minister himself. But as the Prime Ministerial candidate was many in the opposition party, Chandrababu's career did not fade.
