The triple talaq was a reversal of the abolition of Article 370 of the RTI Bill

Article 370, which gives special status to Kashmir, has been abolished. However, the decision taken by the government was part of the strategy already decided. The information obtained by the government sources was part of the process of eliminating Article 370 that introduced the RTI Reform Bill. There was a rehearsal to repeal the RTI Amendment Bill 370.

A very secret plan was made to remove this clause. In which the whole system of government was employed. The dress rehearsal for removing Article 370 from the information obtained by the government sources started only when the RTI Bill was introduced. In the Rajya Sabha, the government was very successful in passing the RTI reform bill. In addition, the triple talaq bill was passed in the Rajya Sabha.

It is very easy for the government to pass the bill in the Lok Sabha but it is difficult to pass it in the Rajya Sabha as there is no majority of the government. All this was accomplished with a plan. There are reports that the BJP leaders were called to other party leaders, the government system was also employed.

Other parties like YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy, BJD's Naveen Patnaik, TRS's K Chandrasekhar Rao were also contacted for support in the Rajya Sabha. BSP also endorsed the proposal to abolish Article 370. BSP chief Satish Chandra Mishra was contacted to convince Mayawati.

The ministers who helped formulate the plan include Union Minister Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, CM Ramesh, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Joshi and others. The proposal to repeal Article 370 was made known only to the ministers who were specially in the Modi government. Everything was done in a very secretly planned way.
