Flood situation in Firozpur area of ​​Punjab

Due to the cancellation of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir, the abandoned Pakistan created flood situation in the Ferozepur area of ​​Punjab, leaving the Sutlej river water to India. Pakistan did so a few days ago.

The district administration of Ferozepur moved the low lying areas on Sunday and prepared the National Disaster Relief Force personnel to deal with the flood situation.

A spokesman for the government said that because Pakistan released too much water from the Sutlej, flood-like situation was created in the villages along the river bank. Particularly in the village of Tediwala and its surrounding villages, flood-like conditions were created. State health department, food supply department and other departments were allotted.
