Bank fraud increased by 15% in the last one year, and the center's efforts failed

Despite the central government's vigorous efforts to curb the scandals in banks, the fraud cases in banks in the last one year were reported to have increased by 18%. In terms of money, the scams increased by 78 percent .

According to the Reserve Bank's annual report, the financial scandal in the year 2018-19 was estimated at 6,801. A total of Rs 71,542.93 crore was reported in the wake of this fraud.

Most of the confusion occurred through government banks. There were 3,766 cases of confusion by government banks, of which Rs 64,509.43 crore was saved. The largest share of bank loans in the country was nationalized, ie government banks.

The Reserve Bank said most of the scams were caught. But many scams were years old. The previous governments did not take any steps to capture the scams.
