The Grand Rath Yatra will start in America, will pass through 48 states and reach 851 temples

Ever since Ramlala has been enshrined in the temple of Ayodhya, there has been a wave of the name Ram in America as well.

Indians living here are very enthusiastic. Now it has been decided to organize a large-scale Ram Mandir Rath Yatra in America. It will start from Chicago on Monday. This Rath Yatra will pass through 48 states of America and reach a total of 851 temples in 60 days. Meanwhile, the Rath Yatra will cover a distance of 8000 miles. It will conclude in the state of Illinois on April 23, the day of Hanuman Jayanti.

According to Amitabh Mittal, General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad of America, a special chariot has been made on a van for this Rath Yatra. In which idols of Lord Ram, Sitaji, Laxmanji and Hanumanji will be installed. The Prasad ordered from Ayodhya and the Akshat Kalash placed in the Poojan during Prana Pratishtha will also be processed. After the opening of the Ram temple, a new consciousness has spread among the Hindus living all over the world including America and as a result this Rath Yatra has been organized.

Tejal Shah of Hindu Mandir Sashaktikaran Parishad, an organization representing American temples involved in planning the yatra, said that the purpose of this yatra is to create awareness among people about Hinduism and to educate them. Due to this Yatra, all Hindus will get a chance to unite and participate in it and the glory of Hinduism in America will increase. Hundreds of Indians have joined as volunteers in organizing the Yatra.
