India has made significant strides in the field of defense. The country's first unmanned fighter jet, built by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), has been successfully tested.
Scientists from the Defense Research Organization have succeeded in building the country's first unmanned fighter jet. The DRDO successfully tested the first unmanned fighter jet and shared a video of it on social media. The video went viral. People applauded this achievement of DRDO researchers on social media.
The unmanned fighter jet was designed by researchers at the Bengaluru-based research lab Aeronautical Development Establishment. The parts used in it were also manufactured in the country, which is considered an important achievement of DRDO and Indian Defense. This will make the Indian defense sector more self-reliant. The unmanned fighter jet flew from the test site at Chandipur in Odisha. The test was monitored by a radar electro-optical targeting system deployed by ITR. The DRDO said the aircraft was fully autonomous.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh tweeted congratulations to the DRDO and said that unmanned fighter jets would increase the strength of the Indian Army. These fighter jets will play a very important role in war situations and in monitoring the country's airspace.
