Suspicion of international link in Udaipur murder: NIA to probe

- IS is the method of beheading Kanaiyalal, a tailor: The two assassins also threatened Prime Minister Modi

Udaipur: Not only have the two killers involved in the Udaipur killings been linked to the Karachi-based Sunni Islamic organization Dawat-e-Islami, but their way of beheading them has also linked them to the global terrorist group Islamic State (IS = Khilafah). Suspicion of contact is confirmed.

The central government has handed over the probe to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) today (Wednesday). The Home Ministry said in a statement that the incident would be fully investigated as it had international relations.

The video of the murder has also been released by the killers, who also showed two men beheading the tailor with wide swords in their hands. All political parties in India have condemned the killing.

In fact, the video, which was released online, shows two Muslim assassins killing the tailor Kanaiyalal, brandishing their swords and threatening Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two terrorists were arrested on Tuesday. In particular, the system threatening to assassinate the Prime Minister has become aware. Arrested Riaz Attari and Ghaus Mohammad said they were both members of the Sufi Barelvi section of the Sunni sect and had close ties to the Karachi-based Dawat-e-Islam group, which is known to have links to IS.
