Modi orders ministries to provide 10 lakh jobs

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced to create one million jobs across the country in the next one and a half years. This information was provided by the Prime Minister's Office. Vacancies in all government departments and ministries were discussed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a meeting, after which the PMO announced that one million government jobs would be filled in the next one and a half years.

The Prime Minister's Office has announced in a tweet that it has ordered the recruitment of one million posts in a year and a half after PM Narendra Modi discussed the vacancies. According to media reports, PM Modi had earlier held a meeting with top government officials in April last year. Meanwhile, Modi had ordered these officers to start the recruitment process for the vacant government posts. So that opportunities can be created for the youth of the country.

Shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement of one million government jobs, Home Minister Amit Shah tweeted that the basis of a new India was its youthful vigor. Modi is constantly working to make it stronger. Modiji ordered to recruit 10 lakh in mission mode in every government department and ministry in one and half years which will bring new hope and confidence in the youth. BJP MP Varun Gandhi was also happy after PM Modi's announcement.

Varun Gandhi tweeted that thank you for understanding the pain and plight of unemployed youth. Along with the creation of new jobs, we should make efforts to fill more than one crore approved but vacant posts. Steps will have to be taken at a faster pace to fulfill the commitment to create two crore jobs every year.

Departments or ministries that have vacancies include Railways, Defense, Home Affairs, Post and Revenue. Out of 10.12 lakh valid posts in the police department, 3.06 lakh posts have been filled while the remaining posts are vacant.
