InDelhi , Maharashtra and Kerala, cases ofcorona are increasing alarmingly . New cases are on the rise again after the third wave in January. In Kerala, the positive rate has reached 12 per cent , in Maharashtra seven per cent and in Delhi four per cent.

According to the news agency, there are 14 districts in the country where the positive rate is more than 10%. While in 8 districts the positive rate is between five to ten percent. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), if the positive rate remains above 5%, the transition is considered uncontrollable.

However, as the transition progresses, experts say there is no need to panic. The chairman of the National Technical Advisory Group on Vaccination, Dr. NK Arora said that no new variant has been found so far. The transition extends to metro cities and densely populated areas.

Meanwhile, 303 new cases of corona were reported in the country today. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 5 , 6 , 20 , 101. After four months, the daily positive rate has crossed three per cent.

The total death toll so far has risen to 5 , 6 and 21 , with ten more people reported dead . In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases of Corona has increased by 3. The daily positive rate has risen to 7.5 per cent and the weekly positive rate has risen to 5.61 per cent. The number of doses of corona vaccine has increased to over 18.12 crore.

Of the 10 deaths reported in the last four hours, three were in Kerala, three in Delhi , two in Maharashtra and one each in Mizoram and Punjab. Meanwhile, the Union Health Minister has said that the state governments and the people need to be alert as the Korona epidemic is not over yet. Today he held a meeting with the health ministers of the states by video conferencing.
