After the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moole Wala, many people are receiving death threats. Bollywood actor Salman Khan was the first to receive such a threat. After Salman Khan, now even the Congress leaders have started receiving threatening calls and messages. He is being threatened that his condition will be similar to that of Sidhu Moole Wala. Ludhiana Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu and senior Congress leader Kuldeep Bishnoi have been receiving threats to act like Muse Wala on various issues. "The call was made from an international number," said Harjinder Singh, Bittu's personal assistant (PA).

The call came from an unknown number on the mobile of Ravneet Singh Bittu's PA Harjinder Singh. "We have added Bittu's name to our list," the caller said. Singh said the caller had made the threat to make a statement against extremist leader General Singh Bhindrawala. He further said that Bittu has been informed about the threatening call. He is currently out with his family. Ludhiana Police Commissioner Kaustubh Sharma said the case has been sent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police.

Another Congress leader, Kuldeep Bishnoi, also received similar threats from strangers. He also received a message from an unknown number that the whole society is being discredited because of you. It is better to change you, otherwise your condition will be like that of Moses ... you will be killed by a dog. A complaint of threatening call was lodged by Kuldeep at Adampur police station in this regard and FIR of this case has been registered.

Earlier, Bollywood actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan were also threatened. He received a letter on Sunday stating that Salim and Salman Khan would soon be in the same situation as Musa Wala. Mumbai Police recorded Salim Khan's statement a day after receiving such a threatening letter. Police officers visited Salman Khan's house in Bandra and beefed up security around the building.
