The terrorist organization released a letter using telegrams. The letter said that our Mujahid brothers had planted an IED in Ghazipur, Delhi on January 14 for the blast. Which did not explode for any technical reason,

It is learned that a timer was also fitted in the bomb which was recovered from Ghazipur Mandi. The bomb was to detonate an hour and eight minutes later using a timer. However, the investigation revealed that the bomb was sent to Pakistan with the help of drug smugglers.

There are no exact figures on how many such bombs have been sent to Pakistan in India, but investigations have revealed that Pakistan has planted as many as 24 such bombs in India. One of the bombs was recovered from Ghazipur Mandi. Following which an investigation is now underway across the country and there are reports that an alert has also been issued.
