Nine children killed in Afghanistan blast, IS suspects

Kabul: An explosion on the Pakistan border in Afghanistan has killed nine children. While as many as five children were injured. The information was provided by the Taliban-appointed governor. However, no terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

A statement from the governor's office said the bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a car packed with children's items. The incident took place in Lalopar district. Which is located in Nagarhar province. IS militants are active in the province.
