Dubai, Ta. 3

In the year 2020, a Ukrainian passenger plane was shot down by the Iranian army. Six Canadians were killed in the crash. A Canadian court has ordered Iran to pay the families of the six citizens ૧૦ 105 million (Rs. 90 million).

It is worth mentioning that in the year 2020, the Iranian army shot down the international flight PS3 of Ukraine with surface-to-air missile. As a result, 12 people were killed in the plane crash in the morning. More than 100 Iranians aboard the plane had Canadian citizenship. The victim's family has filed a lawsuit in a Canadian court.

Last year, an Ontario Superior Court ruled that the shooting down of a Ukrainian passenger plane by the Iranian military was a terrorist act. These people can demand compensation from Iran for their losses.

Cartoons are not generally allowed to file lawsuits against other countries. In his judgment, Justice Edward Belobaba also ordered the victims to pay સાથે 105 million in compensation and interest.

The court said the compensation was worth nothing compared to the number of people who died. However, the ruling did not specify how the compensation would be paid. The ruling also did not say how the Iranian military would be held accountable.
