UP police nab Zuckerberg accused in Bua-Babua case


Kanoja: In the case of Bua-Babua's Facebook page, there is a misunderstanding about the verdict of the UP Police Court. He has also faced harsh court strikes for accusing Zuckerberg. The Chief Judicial Magistrate slammed the police for this. He also asked to record the details of the inspector in the service book of the station.

The police station in-charge did not comply with the court order to register an FIR without giving his name. In fact Amit Kumar Yadav v. In the case of Admin Buabbua, Chief Judicial Magistrate Dharmaveer did not write anyone's name in the order and asked them to write an FIR in an unknown name.

However, police station in-charge Narayan Vajpayee ignored the order and in a report filed on November 8, accused 49 people, including Facebook owner Zuckerberg and an admin, in the case. The court resented it.

A resident of Sarhati village had lodged a case against the admin for creating a Facebook page named Buabbua. Police took him and charged both the admin and Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook.

He said that Wadi believes in the principles of the Samajwadi Party, but this Facebook page has made false and inappropriate remarks on SP national president Akhilesh Yadav. The party has regretted this and outrage has spread among many people.
