The petition came before Justice Rekha Palli today but as he is on leave today, the hearing of the petition has been adjourned to January 5.

The petitioners, Amazon Wholesale (India) Pvt Ltd and Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd, have challenged the ED's jurisdiction and jurisdiction.

Amazon further stated that the information requested in the ED summons had nothing to do with the agreement reached with Future Group. The American e-commerce company has appealed to the court to clarify what kind of authority the ED has in the relevant case.

The ongoing dispute between Amazon and Future Group has once again reached the Delhi High Court. This time Amazon has filed an application against ED. The petition raises questions about ED's investigation into FEMA breaches.
