Wang Yaping became the first Chinese woman to walk the space

Wang Yaping did a space walk with his co-astronaut to build China's space station. At the same time, she became the first Chinese woman astronaut to take a space walk. Wang Yaping spent six hours in space.
The Chinese space agency said in a statement that Wang Yaping and his co-astronaut Zhai Zigang spent 4.04 hours building the space station.
China sent three astronauts into space on October 16 on a six-month mission. These astronauts will prepare the external module of the space station during the six-month mission and will play a key role in the construction of the space station.
