The Ministry of Defense announced a new list of companies banned from buying

The Ministry of Defense has released a list of companies with which defense deals have been canceled or blocked or whose purchases have been banned. The list also excludes Augusta Westland and her parent company Leonardo. The ban was lifted by the defense ministry earlier this month.

According to news agencies, deals with the Ministry of Defense of a total of 12 companies have been canceled or suspended. The companies include IDS, Mauritius, Unitech Enterprise and others, the defense ministry said in an official statement.

The Defense Ministry has also banned Israel Military Industries, Corporation Defense, Russia and other companies. "Our focus now is on Make in India and Make for the World," said Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.

Earlier we used to import 40% defense material but now we import only 5% defense material. Earlier it was believed that only the US and Israel have the strength to fight terrorism but now the situation has changed. Today, the world has come to believe that India too has the strength to fight terrorism.
