Parag Agarwal has been working on Twitter for the last ten years

New Delhi: Parag Agarwal has been appointed as the new CEO of Twitter following the resignation of Jack Dorsey. Thus Twitter will now be in the hands of Parag Agarwal. Parag Agarwal is working as CTO in the company.

Parag Agarwal studied at IIT Bombay. According to the report, the Twitter board has also ratified his appointment as CEO.

* Parag joined Twitter in 2011 after working for AT&T, Yahoo and Microsoft.

* Parag did his doctorate from Stanford University after doing engineering at IIT Bombay. His schooling took place at Atomic Energy Central School.

* Parag did research oriented work in all the three companies.

* He first started working on ad related products. After that he started working on Artificial Intelligence.
