My party will form a government with BJP in Punjab: Amarinder

Former CM announces to leave Congress and form new party

There is a lot of speculation that Amarinder Singh, who has left the Congress, is holding a meeting with Haryana Chief Minister Khattar

Amritsar: Assembly elections are going to be held in Punjab next year. In the midst of this situation, former Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, who had announced to leave the Congress and form his own party, said that his party would form a government in Punjab by forming an alliance with the BJP.

He also announced to stay away from Akali Dal. There was a dispute in Punjab between Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu. He has been angry since the Congress removed the captain from the post of Punjab chief minister.

He later left the Congress and announced that he would form his own party. He has named his new party Punjab Lok Congress. When the captain was asked if the big leaders would join the party, he replied, "You wait, everything is going to be alright."

"My party, BJP and SAD will now work together to form a government in Punjab," Amarinder Singh said. On the other hand, before the announcement, the captain had a meeting with Haryana Chief Minister Manoharlal Khattar. This led to speculation that his party was going to form an alliance with the BJP, which was later confirmed by the captain.
