India has the highest number of gaming app downloads in the first six months of 2021. In this regard too, India has lagged behind the rest of the world. An estimated 300 million gaming apps were downloaded in India during this time. However, in 2021, online school and work from home were also the main reasons for the increase in mobile usage.
