One company showed 200 people the way out in protest of a female co-worker. All the 200 women workers are said to be residents of East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. It was learned that all these women were working in a fish export company in Andhra Pradesh. All the women were abruptly fired without notice. Not only that, the company management also ordered him to leave the city immediately. Then all the women reached Jamshedpur.

The company filed the lawsuit against him because he had objected to an incident involving a minor female employee. The women have lodged a complaint after reaching Jamshedpur. DDC Parmeshwar Bhagat has assured the migrant women workers of a thorough investigation of the case and action against the culprits. According to him, the police have been ordered to investigate the case.

Most of the sacked women workers are residents of Chakulia, Musabni, Dhalbhumgarh and Ghatshila. Gitara Kumari, a resident of Dumaria, said she works for Niketi Foods Ltd., which packages and exports seafood in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh.

Sagira, a victim of rape, is a resident of Dhalbhumgarh. He did not return with the other employees because the company management did not allow him to leave the company's workplace. According to the women, on November 19, the floor manager called Sagira to his room and raped her. When the victim informed her colleagues about this, Sau demanded action against the culprit before the company management. But the company fired him.
