Amidst the fertilizer shortage in Sri Lanka, India has now come to the aid of this neighboring country.

Amid rising demand for nano-liquid urea in Sri Lanka, India has sent a consignment of nano-liquid urea to Sri Lanka. 100 tons of Nano Liquid Urea has been delivered to Sri Lanka by an Indian Air Force aircraft.

"On Diwali, the Indian Air Force has again become a ray of hope for Sri Lanka. Immediately after the Sri Lankan government's demand for nano-liquid urea, we have sent 100 tonnes of nano-liquid urea to Colombo by two aircraft," the Indian High Commission said in a statement.

Chemical urea is currently banned by the Sri Lankan government and this has led to a growing demand for nano-liquid urea in Sri Lanka, which has led to a fertilizer crisis in the country, which India has stepped in to address.
