Everyone knows about the characters of the story of Mahabharata, especially the role of Duryodhana was like a villain. There is a temple of Duryodhana. People worship morning and evening at the Duryodhana temple in Netwar village, 30 km from Haridwar in Uttarakhand state. The villagers believe that Duryodhana himself was a wise man and a hero. He also had an understanding of what is called Dharma and Adharma. However, he was surrounded by advisers like Mama Shakuni and forgot about Dharma. There was an understanding of what religion is but he could not practice it. Considering this good aspect of it, there is a temple of Duryodhana in the village.

No one knows how old this temple of Duryodhana is. When people from outside know about Duryodhana's temple, they also come to the temple out of curiosity. One such temple is that of Karna, his friend in the Mahabharata. Karna is also a character in the Mahabharata who had a martial art and intelligence that no one else had. Mother Kunti left him as she gave birth to him before marriage. A slave family met him and took care of him. Although he was a slave boy and had a good bow, Gurudwara refused to teach Ghanurvidha. Even after learning arms from Lord Parshuram He also befriended Duryodhana. However, even though these two characters are on the side of iniquity in the Mahabharata, they are believed to have temples by remembering the qualities in them. Karna's temple is located in a village called Sor, 15 km from Har Ki Doon.
