The Indian Army will be deployed in Ladakh even in the bitter cold: it will be given a solar-tent

- At an altitude of 17,000 feet, it can protect the tent at 40 degrees Celsius and withstand winds of up to 150 kmph.

One thing is for sure. The border dispute between India and China is not likely to be resolved soon. India needs to be constantly vigilant, from the far north-west of Ladakh to the north-eastern border of Arunachal Pradesh, which is well understood by its officers in the Indian Army and the Union Cabinet as a whole. Even the conscious citizens of India understand.

It is a well-known fact that in the highlands of Ladakh, at an altitude of 15,000 feet above sea level, temperatures drop below zero to 40 degrees Celsius in winter. So the Indian government has given permission to build an 'All Weather Tent' to go. One of the features of this All Weather Solar Power Tent will be that it will keep the temperature of the tent around 31 Celsius even through solar energy. Which is considered the standard temperature for the human body. So the soldiers will be able to get real relief. On the other hand, the tent will be built in such a way that it will withstand the wind blowing at a speed of 120 km per hour.

Approved by experts, the color of this high optical solar tent will also be such that it blends in with the surrounding environment in such a way that it becomes difficult for helicopters, planes or enemies or its officers to find among the enemies.

The bottom line is that due to the lack of such a facility, our journey was going downhill in the winter. Taking advantage of this, the Chinese kept pressing the ground. Which will no longer be the case.

According to the Economic Times, the Indo-Tibet-Border Police (ITBP) had suggested such a tent four years ago. But the DRDO Defense Research and Development Organization was reluctant to take action in that direction. Last year, the Indo-China border dispute in East Ladakh continued to escalate. This suggestion is being implemented as fast as possible. Such tents will be kept at 'optimum-temperature'. That is, the temperature will be kept at 21 Celsius.

We have about 150 border posts in Ladakh, starting from the Karakoram mountain range to Japach in the far east of Arunachal Pradesh. An additional 6 border posts and 12 camps are also being set up to deliver rations and other items to the patrols. Thus the borders with China are being increasingly secured.

In this regard, a senior official said that even in the midst of extremely low temperatures and whistling winds, the outposts can handle well. It used to be that winter would come and go. Taking advantage of it, the Chinese were moving forward which could not happen now.
