A Pakistani militant was also killed in a clash with militants on Sunday. In fact, he was brought to Mendhar from Kotbhalwal Central Jail in Jammu by the security forces and was asked to show the hideouts of the terrorists. He was shot dead by terrorists during the operation.

Security forces are conducting a search operation in the forests of Surankot, Mendhar and Thanamandi in Rajouri district. Helicopters and drones have also been deployed to assist the security forces. They are constantly watching to see that the terrorists do not escape.
