NCB claims Rs 25 crore to release Aryan

A new twist in the much-discussed case with the shocking revelation made by a witness in a cruise rave party case

Wankhede was to get Rs 8 crore from Shah Rukh, get nine-ten blank papers signed, my life is in danger: Sakshi Prabhakar Sail

Wankhede denied all the allegations

MUMBAI: Shocking information has come to light at a cruise ship rave party in Mumbai. Prabhakar Sail, the bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi, the absconding key witness in the Aryan Khan drugs case, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, has leveled inflammatory allegations against the NCB.

The NCB had demanded Rs 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan to release Aryan. While Samir Wankhede was to get Rs 8 crore, the claim of witness Prabhakar in this case has created a sensation. Wankhede signed nine to ten blank papers. He also said that his life was in danger.

However, Wankhede denied the allegations, saying they were false. Earlier, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had arrested another accused, including Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, after busting a rave party on a cruise ship at sea near Mumbai. Meanwhile, drugs and cash were seized.

Prabhakar Sail, a witness in the case, has leveled serious allegations against Samir Wankhede, the Mumbai zonal director of the NCB, as the accused are currently in judicial custody and are not getting bail.

"I was with Kiran Gosavi after the raid on the cruise ship. I and Kiran and Manish Bhanushali were outsiders," said Prabhakar Sail, informing the NCB of the proceedings. All the accused were brought to the NCB office at midnight.

At that time I was called to the NCB office as a witness for the Punch. I was asked to sign nine or ten blank papers. Karu Sam asked why he signed the blank paper. Samir Wankhede came there at that time, nothing will happen, you sign, Amvanakhede said. Thus I signed the blank papers. My Aadhaar card I WhatsApp them.

Kiran Gosavi was sitting next to Aryan Khan on a chair in the NCB office. That's when I finished shooting the video. Prabhakar further said that Kiran Gosavi had spoken to an Aryan acquaintance on the phone, adding that I was working as a bodyguard with witness Kiran Gosavi.

He was on his way to Lower Parel from the NCB office at 4.30 am. Sam D'Souza spoke on the phone. He said on the phone that his ball may be sold for Rs 250 million or fined for Rs 180 million. Prabhakar also claimed that Wankhede was the coordinator between Ko Dena Hai Sam.

He further said that after going towards Lower Parel our car was parked under the bridge suddenly a Mercedes car came behind him. Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh Khan's manager, was in the car. Kiran Gosavi, Sam and Pooja had a discussion for 15-20 minutes. Then they were gone.

On the morning of October 3, at half past five, Sam's phone rang again. Sam said Pooja was not picking up the phone. On the other hand, after the case was registered, Prabhakar said, "I was quiet because I have a family problem. I don't have a house to live in." I was on duty 24 hours a day near Gosavi. He lived and ate with her.

My wife called me and said that the police were calling frequently. So I went to the founder of a party. Right now I'm with him. I was told to keep the phone switched off for two days after the procedure. I have not had contact with anyone for so many days. I am scared of being a punch. I believe there is a risk from Samir Wankhede.

After dismissing all the allegations, Samir Wankhede said, "I will respond to all the allegations of Prabhakar Sail in due course." Fugitive Kiran Gosavi has earlier filed a case of fraud in giving jobs abroad. Pune police have also issued a look-out notice to nab him. The fact that the habitual offender is a witness in important cases like the cruise ship rave party also raises questions about the NCB's modus operandi.

Not arresting me: NCB chief Wankhede's letter to Mumbai commissioner

NCB investigating drug case against Aryan Khan Officer Sameer Wankhede has written a letter to senior police officials, including the Mumbai Police Commissioner, alleging that attempts were being made to frame him in a false case and mislead the investigation. It will therefore be in the interest of the investigation not to arrest him and not to prosecute him. It may be mentioned that a witness in this case has alleged that Samir Wankhede was to get Rs 18 crore for releasing Aryan Khan.

Cruise drugs case 'fake', create special team to investigate: Nawab Malik

NCP leader angry at Narcotics Bureau after son-in-law caught in drug case

NCP spokesperson Nawab Malik has demanded the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the allegations against Prabhakar Sail's NCB in the cruise ship rave party case. On the other hand, a fake Twitter account was created in the name of Samir Wankhede, Mumbai zonal director of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Meanwhile, the son-in-law of NCP leader Nawab Malik was recently arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in a drug case and later released on bail. Nawab Malik, who has been on the run ever since, has been attacking NCB high-ranking official Sameer Wankhede.

NCP leader Nawab Malik has repeatedly accused Samir Wankhede's action of being 'fake'. Nawab Milk has criticized Wankhede's actions against Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and other celebrities. He also threatened to send Wankhede to jail. Malik is scheduled to meet the chief minister and home minister on Monday with a demand to form a special team to probe the cruise ship case.

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut also tweeted, "It is shocking to have a witness in the Aryan Khan case get a blank paper signed and demand money." On the other hand, a fake Twitter account was created in the name of Sameer Wankhede on Saturday evening. Initially, the DP of this department had the logo of NCB.

It was tweeted that raids were carried out at three places in Bandra today. Malik was criticized on the issue of 'herbal marijuana'. While in some reactions Wankhede was also criticized. The discussion started till last night. This account was later reshuffled. The NCB logo was replaced by the DP of 'No Drugs'.

Consideration of the Ministry of Social Justice to allow the use of small amounts of the drug

Actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been in a drug controversy since his arrest in a drug case. The government can now allow the use of drugs for very small personal use. The Ministry of Social Justice has also made a special recommendation for this.

A report has been submitted to the Revenue Department by the Ministry of Social and Justice. The report recommends amendments to the Narcotics Drugs Act. At present, even small quantities of drugs are not allowed. However, now it is likely to be improved.

The ministry has recommended that possession of very small amounts of drugs should not be considered a crime. However, these drugs can only be used for personal use. In India, possession of drugs is a crime and there is a provision of severe punishment in drug cases. There is also a provision of a fine of Rs 20,000 for one year imprisonment.
