Make a population control law in the country and apply it equally to all: Bhagwat

Nagpur, Dt
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh celebrated its 9th founding day on Friday, the day of Dussehra. On the occasion, Union President Mohan Bhagwat drew attention to the problems posed by the growing population in the country and said that a population control law should be enacted in the country and applied equally to all. The Union President also expressed concern over the growing currency of cryptocurrency in the country as well as the programs being displayed on OTT platforms and stressed the need to control both.
Union President Mohan Bhagwat said the imbalance in population growth has been a shock to the country. He added that in view of the pace at which the population averages of different denominations are changing, population control laws need to be reconsidered. The growing imbalance in the average population throughout the country, especially in the border areas, can pose a serious problem for the country's unity, integrity and cultural identity.

The growth rate of Muslims in the border districts is an indication of infiltration
He said that India was one of the top countries in the world to announce population control measures in the 19th century, but only in the year 2000 was it possible to formulate a complete population policy and set up a population commission. He added that the growth rate of the Muslim population in the border districts of Assam, West Bengal and Bihar is many times higher than the national average, which vaguely indicates continued infiltration. Therefore the population control policy should be applied equally keeping in view the resources available in the country, future needs and the problem of population imbalance. Cross-border infiltration should be curbed. The unbalanced population growth in the country has put pressure on the local Hindu community to flee and crime has risen.
The old problem of racial inequality in the country, dialogue is needed to overcome it
Mohan Bhagwat said that racial inequality in the country is our old problem. Despite many attempts to eliminate it, the problem is not completely over. We have to try to overcome this disparity and bridge the social gap by establishing dialogue between different races.
Some elements in the world are jealous of India's progress
"There are some elements in the world who are jealous of India's progress and our efforts to reach a place of honor in the world," he said. Conspiracies are being hatched against the people of India, the present state of India, India's history, culture, the forces that are the basis of the national renaissance so that India cannot regain its lost important place. We have to save the society from all these conspiracies. Eventually the situation becomes such that we are fighting each other. Governments are also fighting because of political interests.
Beware of the third wave of the Corona epidemic
Discussing the Corona epidemic, he said that in the second wave of the Corona, many people helped people without worrying about their lives. In the second wave, the society once again made a collective effort. This problem is not completely gone. Still society needs to be vigilant. He added that treatment in the country should be one that is affordable, accessible to all and also available in the villages. Work is underway by several organizations to protect the environment.
Uncontrolled OTT platforms have the opposite effect on children
Bhagwat said the Corona has done a lot of damage to the country's economy, but it is challenging to accelerate and move the economy forward. He also expressed concern over the growing currency of cryptocurrency in the country and said that it was necessary to control cryptocurrency. In addition, the currency of the OTT platform has also increased in the country. Mobiles have come into the hands of little boys today, with no one paying attention to what they are seeing on the OTT platform. The lack of control over the OTT platform is having the opposite effect on children. The government also needs to control the OTT platform.
