'King Khan' Shah Rukh's son Aryan's NCB custody extended till 7th

The NCB claims to have found important evidence from Aryan's mobile chat

Suspicion of Aryan's connection with international drug racket

Mumbai: Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's cruise rave party, and two other accused have been remanded in NCB custody till October 7. The NCB claimed to have found several pieces of evidence from Aryan's mobile chat in the case. Aryan and the other accused were introduced to WhatsApp chat in court. Many codewords were used in WhatsApp chats.

A team from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) nabbed eight people after busting a drugs party on a cruise ship at sea near Mumbai. The NCB arrested Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamecha and produced them in court on Sunday.

The accused trio, meanwhile, was remanded in NCB custody for one day. His custody was brought back to court today. The NCB showed in court some WhatsApp chats containing the accused's codeword. Aryan was chatting with drug peddlers from the codeword in WhatsApp. He also did financial transactions for drugs. He also took drugs when he was abroad. Why did the party organizers give Aryan a complimentary pass.

The NCB had claimed that the custody of Aryan and other accused would be extended for investigation into all these matters. Apart from this, some important photos have also been found in Aryan's mobile phone. The party on the cruise is likely to be linked to an international drugs racket, the NCB also said.

Aryan's lawyer Satish Manishinde, on the other hand, had leveled allegations against the NCB's probe. WhatsApp chat cannot be proof. Aryan did not have any drugs or any other suspicious item. He didn’t even have a boarding pass. He went to the party at the invitation of the organizer. Satish Maneshinde claimed that Aryan could not be found guilty of getting drugs from his friend Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamecha.

Aryans have nothing to do with buying or selling drugs. Thus the question of Aryan's link with his international drug racket does not arise. He further said. Manishinde also relied on the verdict in Riya Chakraborty's case. After an argument in court for about an hour and a half, Aryan and the other two accused were finally remanded in NCB custody till October 7.

Samir Wankhede had informed the court about the amount of narcotics recovered from the accused during the NCB raid. Accused Arbaaz Merchant gave 6 grams of charas, Moonmoon Dhamecha gave 5 grams of charas, Vikrant Chokar gave 5 grams of mephedrone, 10 grams of cocaine, Mohak Jaiswal gave four tablets of MDMA of Nuper.
