It may be cold in North India this time

New Delhi: It may be cold in Northeast Asia this time. In India, temperatures in some northern parts of the country could drop below three degrees Celsius in January and February. La-Nina is rising in the Pacific. La Nina is being blamed for this state of the atmosphere. This usually means lower temperatures in the Northern Hemisphere. This situation has prompted regional meteorological organizations to predict freezing cold in winter. As a result, the meteorological department has already started issuing severe cold warnings.

According to a Bloomberg report, many countries, especially China, are facing high fuel prices and a power crisis. Coal and gas prices are on the rise.

"We expect winter temperatures to be lower than normal this winter across Northeast Asia," said Renee Vandeveg, deputy head of environmental activities at data provider DTN.

According to the report, the temperature in the northern part of India may drop by three degrees in January-February. Unlike other countries in India, energy consumption decreases in winter as the demand for energy consumption decreases.

Most importantly, the country is currently predicting a dry period after the end of the monsoon season. Recently, the country's leading coal mining sector faced a flood situation which hampered the country's power generation. According to meteorological director Todd Crawford, in addition to the La Nina events, there are other factors that have brought temperatures down. They can affect winters in Northeast Asia. Climate change has reduced the amount of ice in the Arctic's Kara Sea. It can contribute to providing relief to the area from high temperature pressures. It sends a glimpse of the extreme cold across Northeast Asia, as seen last time.
