Inflation put a damper on prices of petrol and diesel as well as LPG

The price of cooking gas LPG has been increased by Rs 15. While petrol and diesel prices have risen the most in the last few weeks. Today, the price of a liter of petrol has been increased by 20 paise and the price of a liter of diesel by 3 paise. At the same time, petrol and diesel prices have reached new heights across the country.

According to a price notification issued by a state-owned oil marketing company, the price of an LPG cylinder has gone up to Rs 2.50 in Delhi and Mumbai. While in Kolkata, the price of LPG cylinder has gone up to Rs.

The central government has stopped subsidizing LPG cylinders in most cities of the country. The price of a five-kg LPG cylinder has gone up to Rs 303.

This is the fourth increase in LPG cylinder prices since July. LPG cylinder prices were hiked by Rs 2.50 in July, Rs 4 on August 15 and Rs 3 on September 1.

On the other hand, the price of a liter of petrol has been hiked by 50 paise and diesel by 3 paise today. This price increase is the highest in the last few weeks.

According to the price notification of state-owned oil marketing companies, the price of a liter of petrol in Delhi has gone up by Rs 103.5 and that of a liter of diesel by Rs 61.5. In Mumbai, the price of a liter of petrol has gone up to Rs 102.5 and a liter of diesel to Rs 8.15.

As the rates of VAT on petrol and diesel vary from state to state, petrol and diesel prices vary from state to state. OPEC countries have not increased their production of crude oil in the international market, the price of crude oil has risen to over ૯૨ 4.5.

Indian oil companies have started raising prices of diesel from September 4 and petrol from September 4. Since then, diesel prices have been hiked by Rs 2.50 and petrol by Rs 1.2.

Earlier, petrol prices were hiked by Rs 11.4 per liter and diesel by Rs 2.15 per liter between May 4 and July 15.
