COVID-12 protocol to be followed in crowd management during festive season: Court


New Delhi : The Delhi High Court on Monday said that the authorities should issue guidelines and protocols for the conduct of Kovid-12 yoga while controlling crowds in public places during the festive season.

A public interest litigation was filed against him for violating the High Court order to comply with the Kovid-15 protocol in various markets in the national capital. The High Court said it did not want to fine the people who violated the Kovid-17 and collect the amount, but wanted the mob to be properly managed by the authorities.

Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh said, "We hope that the respondents (Center, Delhi Government and Delhi Police) will abide by these guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Kovid's proper conduct and orders to control crowds at markets during festivals." .

The authorities should take all the steps mentioned in their status report and give a status report when the hearing is held on November 30. The bench told the lawyers of both the governments that your guidelines, SOP and protocol should be strictly followed. This is the festive season. So strict adherence is required. The court said the matter was pending because the authorities wanted to see how the situation was brought under control.

The court noted that in the status report, the authorities showed Kovid appropriate behavior measures and how to implement guidelines on people and keep public places clean with the help of volunteers in market places. Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma and Standing Counsel Anil Soni were present from the Center.
