Mahant Narendragiri case: CBI recreated the incident in the monastery

Some important evidence was gathered

Successor Balbir Giri was also interrogated and videography of various places of the ashram was done.

Prayagraj: CBI probe into the death of Akhara Parishad chairman Mahant Narendragiri. (Central Bureau of Investigation) team reached Vaghambari Math in Prayagraj again today and recreated various incidents and scenes on the issue of how Mahant Narendragiri may have died. On Monday, a CBI team reached the ashram again and further investigation is likely to be carried out.

A CBI team reached Vaghambari Math in Prayagraj again for investigation and interrogated Balbir Giri, the successor of Narendragiri. Narendragiri's will mentions Balbir Giri as his successor. The disciples who opened the door of Narendragiri's room and unloaded his body were interrogated today and videography of various places of the ashram was also done.

Videography was followed by recreation of various events that occurred at the time of death. Anand Giri and Adhya Tiwari, accused in the case and disciples of Narendra Giri, are currently lodged in Naini Jail. The CBI also questioned him today. The ashram is likely to be questioned again on Monday.
