An army helicopter has crashed in Shivgarh Dhar area of Jammu's Udhampur district. There were two people aboard the chopper. The tragedy is due to bad weather. The pilot and co-pilot were injured in the incident. A police team has reached the spot. However, it is not yet clear whether the helicopter crashed or whether the pilot made a crash landing.

A police team is conducting rescue operation after reaching the spot. "We have received information that the helicopter has crashed," said DIG Udhampur Reasi Range Suleiman Chaudhary. A police team has been dispatched immediately for the rescue operation. "Because of the thick fog, we can't say whether it was a crash landing or a helicopter crash," he said.
