LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The number of corona cases in the USA rose to 40,703,674 for the second day in a row, while the death toll rose to more than 1,500 for the second day in a row.

Texas and California have seen a sharp rise in corona cases and deaths for the second day in a row. More than 300 people have died from corona in Texas for the second day in a row. While 155 people died in California. Russia, on the other hand, reported 18,780 new cases of corona in a single day.

The total death toll from Corona rose to 1,86,407, with 796 people killed in a single day. The Philippines, meanwhile, has decided to welcome tourists from ten countries, including India, to the country from September 6.
