Mumbai: Actress Gehna Vashisht's anticipatory bail application in the third FIR in a porn racket case has been rejected by the Bombay High Court. Gehna named Umesh Kamat as the main accused Raj Kundra's nexus with the scam. Last month, the Mumbai Sessions Court had rejected an anticipatory bail application in a case registered at the Malvani police station.

The case was then handed over to the Crime Branch. Gehenna was previously arrested on February 7, 2021 in a porn racket case. She was arrested in February 2021 on charges of shooting and uploading a porn film. After investigation, he named Umesh Kamat. Kundra and other links came out through her. On July 19, Mumbai police arrested Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra.

Mumbai police say Kundra is the main conspirator. Struggling models and actors were subjected to pornographic scenes against their will in the name of short films and web series. Mumbai police were found to be using several mobile applications such as the Hotshot app to circulate porn.
