The Taliban surrounded Panjshir on all sides

People of Panjshir surrender, we are capable of occupation but do not want violence: Taliban claim

Panjshir guards also snatched several US weapons from the Taliban

Kabul: The Taliban have taken control of Afghanistan but there is one area of the country that they have not been able to occupy yet. This area is known as Panjshir. The Sruthanis here have decided to wage war against the Taliban.

The Taliban recently killed 350 militants trying to retake Panjshir while several others were abducted by Panjshir security personnel. The Taliban have now cordoned off Panjshir on all sides and sent a message to local leaders here saying "we urge the people of Panjshir to surrender."

We don't want any kind of violence, Panjshir is a big deal if we defeat the US and Afghan forces. Earlier, however, the Taliban had sent a similar offer of talks, which was rejected by Panjshir leaders and they refused to surrender.

Meanwhile, the Taliban attacked Panjshir on Tuesday night, although the already deployed Panjshir troops repulsed it aggressively, killing as many as 350 Taliban and taking more than 40 hostages.

The Taliban have also seized US weapons and vehicles. The Taliban is claiming that we are not attacking Panjshir to prevent violence, despite the fact that there have been previous attacks on Panjshir by the Taliban, in which as many as 100 Taliban militants have been killed. While now more than 350 have been shot.
