30,570 new cases of corona in India, another 431 deaths

Reduction of 8164 in active cases in 24 hours

The number of active cases dropped to 76.57 crore from 3,42,923 vaccine doses.

New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 30,570 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 3,33,47,325. The national recovery rate has reached 97.64 per cent, according to figures released by the Union Health Ministry.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 4,43,928 so far, with 431 more people dying in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases has come down to 3,42,923. Which accounts for 1.03 per cent of the total cases. The number of active cases has come down to 8164 in the last 24 hours.

A total of 15,79,761 tests were conducted in the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the total number of corona tests in the country has increased to 54,77,01,729 so far. The daily positive rate has been 1.94 percent. Which has been below three per cent for the last 17 days. While the weekly positive rate has been 1.93 percent. Which has been below three per cent for the last 83 days.

Corona has killed 431 people in the last 24 hours. Out of which 208 deaths occurred in Kerala, 70 deaths in Goa and 56 deaths in Maharashtra. So far, a total of 4,43,928 people have died due to corona in the country. Maharashtra has the highest number of 1,38,277 deaths. With this, the number of doses of corona vaccine has crossed 76.57 crore.
