Munawwar Rana was referring to BJP MP Kaushal Kishore at Mohanlalganj. His son was shot in March. Lucknow police later claimed that his son had shot himself with the help of his brother-in-law. Kaushal Kishor has been made Minister of State in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs in the Cabinet area.
