India is celebrating the 75th anniversary of its independence today. Addressing the nation from the Red Fort on the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi recalled the Koro crisis. The Prime Minister said that our doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, cleaners, scientists working hard to make vaccines, citizens engaged in service, etc. deserve all respect during the global epidemic of Corona.

Prime Minister Modi said that Korona brought a lot of challenges but the country faced this challenge together. It is our strength that today we do not have to depend on other countries for vaccines. Fewer people in India have suffered from corona compared to other countries in the world.

"Think what would happen if India did not have its own vaccine?" How long did it take for the polio vaccine to reach India? But today we are proud that the world's largest vaccination campaign is underway in India. So far, more than 54 crore people have been vaccinated.

Addressing the nation for the 8th time from the Red Fort, the Prime Minister said that an online system like Kovin, a system of digital certificates is attracting everyone. The way in which the poor have been kept on fire by giving free food to 800 million people in India is a big deal.

However, at the same time, the Prime Minister admitted that it would be wrong to say that there was no challenge in front of us. Despite all efforts many people could not be saved. Recalling Corona's grief, the Prime Minister said that many children lost their support and became orphans.

In his speech, the Prime Minister outlined the next 25 years as India completes 100 years of independence in 2047. "We don't have to wait long to achieve our goal," he said. Now we have no time to waste.
